Keytha Nettingham

Director of Housing Operations

Keytha is the director of housing operations for DHA. In her role, she is responsible for supervising the daily property management for DHA residential communities. 

Keytha has worked in affordable housing and property management for over 20 years in the private sector. In 1999, she launched her career in the housing industry as a leasing consultant. From there, she worked her way up through various positions including property manager, compliance specialist, regional compliance manager and more. Throughout her years of experience, Keytha has focused on program regulations and creating policies. During her time as regional compliance manager for affordable housing, she performed company-wide audits at a local, state and federal level and provided guidance across the country.

In November of 2018, Keytha joined the compliance department at DHA as compliance monitor. She was quickly promoted to policy analyst after six months and then offered her current director role in early 2020.

As a south Dallas native, Keytha takes pride in serving her community. In her youth, she benefited from the services DHA provides, and since then has known that affordable housing would be the right career path for her.
