Board of Commissioners Meeting – June 10 Meeting is Cancelled

The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas scheduled for June 10 is cancelled.

The Commissioners may conduct a closed meeting pursuant to §551.071of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice of its attorneys about a pending or contemplated litigation or about a settlement offer; or to consult with its attorney on a matter in which the duty of its attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules or Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act and/or pursuant to §551.072of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Authority in negotiations with a third person and/or pursuant to §551.074of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or charge against any officer or employee, unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests a public hearing.

  1. A Resolution Adopting a Change in Date of DHA’s Board of Commissioners’ Monthly Scheduled Business Review Meetings and Regular Board Meetings. #4877
  2. A Resolution Authorizing the President/CEO to Enter Into a Contract for the Renovations of the Common Areas at Lakeland Manor. #4878
  3. A Resolution Authorizing the Write-Off of Uncollectible Accounts from Vacated Tenants for the Quarter Ending March 31, 2019.#4879
  4. A Resolution Authorizing DHA to Seek Moving to Work Designation. #4880
  5. A Resolution Authorizing the President/CEO to Enter Into Contracts for Comprehensive Supportive Services for Residents at Buckeye Trail Commons. #4881

A Resolution Authorizing the Chief Executive Officer or His Assignee to Execute a Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program PBV Agreement to Enter Into Housing Assistance Payments Contract (“AHAP”) Between DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas (“DHA”) and 2400 Bryan Street, LP (The “Project”) Subject to the Receipt of the Approval of the Subsidy Layering Review from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and Such Other Actions Necessary to Carry Out this Resolution. #4882

  8. Recognition of Individuals Wishing to Address the Board.
