DHA 2021 Annual Report

In 2021, DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas pioneered new ways to best serve our clients and partners across the seven counties we touch, including Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant.

DHA received its single audit report from leading advisory, assurance and tax firm, CohnReznick LLP in 2021. This marks the agency’s eighth consecutive year with zero audit findings.

In addition, the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) team accomplished a major triumph, as DHA was awarded “High Performer” status by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in 2021. This marks the seventh consecutive year that our agency has achieved this ranking for its HCV program, ranking us among the top public housing authorities across the country.

Our 2021 Annual Report includes a detailed summary of DHA’s key initiatives, our impact, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Summary and more milestones that occurred in 2021.
