Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive communications with warmth and confidence, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Organize and maintain the executives’ schedules and travel itineraries, ensuring they have all information necessary for scheduled events
  • Stand in as a representative of the executives when necessary, managing correspondence, drafting messages, attending meetings and following up on action items on their behalf
  • Monitor the executives’ workload to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Manage organized filing systems (both paper and digital), website content, reports, correspondence and presentations while maintaining confidentiality
  • Arrange large corporate events to take place outside the workplace, such as fundraising events and staff appreciation events
  • Have a strong understanding of and ability to communicate the nature of DHA programs, procedures and services while enthusiastically promoting the President and CEO’s priorities for the operations of DHA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two (2) years of executive assistant administrative experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Texas State Drivers’ License required
