Business Process Analyst/Trainer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Acquire proficiency in the operational features and capabilities of software platforms utilized by DHA, including CRMs
    • Design and implement tech-based programs to automate routine processes
    • Analyze application software for performance issues and determine resolutions
    • Monitor operations to ensure programming generates accurate and accessible data and achieves tactical goals and outcomes
    • Create checklists, procedures and documentation for program operations
    • Train staff on proper utilization of Yardi Voyager software and related programs, and basic organizational structures

      Knowledge and Skills for Success

      A successful business process analyst/trainer has:

      • Knowledge of DHA organization, operations, policies and procedures
      • Proficiency in workflow analysis and internal control procedures and standards
      • Understanding of computer hardware and software use, installation, configuration and testing
      • Knowledge of security systems procedures and access controls
      • Understanding of telecommunications equipment and peripheral devices
      • Skill in collaborating with cross-functional teams
      • Ability to provide technical guidance and training
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • The ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people

      Qualifications

      • Degree in Information Technology or Business, or a related field
      • Two (2) years of process analysis and improvement
      • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
