Board Meeting Notice – June 10 Meeting is Cancelled

The Board of Commissioners of DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas’ board business review meeting and the special board of commissioners meeting scheduled for June 10, 2019 is cancelled.

The Commissioners may conduct a closed meeting pursuant to §551.071of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice of its attorneys about a pending or contemplated litigation or about a settlement offer; or to consult with its attorney on a matter in which the duty of its attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules or Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act and/or pursuant to §551.072of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Authority in negotiations with a third person and/or pursuant to §551.074of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or charge against any officer or employee, unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests a public hearing.

THE AGENDA OF THE MEETING IS LIMITED TO:

  1. Public Hearing regarding Amendment #1 to the DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas 2019 PHA Plan.

  1. A Resolution Approving Amendment #1 to the 2019 PHA Plan and Authorizing Submission of the Amendment to HUD. #4884

  1. Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and CEO to Submit an Application to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Partial Disposition of the Hamptons at Lakewest Housing Development.#4885
  2. Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and CEO to Enter into a Contract for the Installation and Management of Artificial Intelligence Technology. #4886
  3. Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing Board Consent, Approval and Ratify the Merger of Supreme Development Corporation and North Texas Housing Partners into one Entity (North Texas Housing Partners), and Ratify the Execution of all Documents Related Thereto. #4887
  4. Recognition of Individuals Wishing to Address the Board.
