A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF DHA HOUSING SOLUTIONS FOR NORTH TEXAS, WILL BE HELD AT THE DALE V. KESLER BOARD ROOM OF THE AUTHORITY, 3939 N. HAMPTON ROAD, DALLAS, TEXAS 75212 AT 6:00 P.M. ON MONDAY, JUNE 24, 2019.

The Commissioners may conduct a closed meeting pursuant to §551.071of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice of its attorneys about a pending or contemplated litigation or about a settlement offer; or to consult with its attorney on a matter in which the duty of its attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules or Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act and/or pursuant to §551.072of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Authority in negotiations with a third person and/or pursuant to §551.074of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or charge against any officer or employee, unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests a public hearing.

7) Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing Board Consent, Approval and Ratify the Merger of Supreme Development Corporation and North Texas Housing Partners into one Entity (North Texas Housing Partners), and Ratify the Execution of all Documents Related Thereto. #4887

8) Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and Chief Executive Officer or His Designee to Negotiate and Execute a Memorandum of Understanding between DHA and Fairfield Residential Company, LLC for the Acquisition of Tivoli Townhomes Located at 18950 Lina Street, Dallas, Texas 75287. #4888

9) Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and Chief Executive Officer of DHA to Create NTHP Eldorado, Inc., A Public Facility Corporation, and Any Other Actions Necessary or Convenient to Carry Out This Resolution. #4889

10) Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and Chief Executive Officer or His Designee to Negotiate and Execute a Memorandum of Understanding between DHA and Fairfield Residential Company, LLC for the Acquisition of The Cliffs of Eldorado Apartments Located at 1300 Eldorado Parkway, McKinney, Texas 75069 (Collin County). #4890

11) Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and Chief Executive Officer of DHA to Create NTHP Kensington, Inc., A Public Facility Corporation, and Any Other Actions Necessary or Convenient to Carry Out This Resolution. #4891 

12) Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and Chief Executive Officer or His Designeeto Negotiate and Execute a Memorandum of Understanding between DHA and Fairfield Residential Company, LLC for the Acquisition of Kensington Park Apartments Located at 3150 S. Garrison Road, Corinth, Texas 76210 (Denton County). #4892

14) Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and Chief Executive Officer or His Designee to Negotiate and Execute a Memorandum of Understanding between DHA and Fairfield Residential Company, LLC for the Acquisition of Inwood Station Apartments Located at 2727 Inwood Road, Dallas, Texas 75235.  #4894

“Pursuant to § 30.06, Penal Code, (trespass by license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not attend this meeting with a concealed handgun.”
