The HCV Program Request for Tenancy Approval (RTFA) Process Goes Online!
DHA is excited to continue innovating and streamlining its processes to better serve our Housing Choice Voucher families and the landlords who provide them with affordable housing.
Starting Wednesday, February 2, 2022 all Request for Tenancy Approval submissions will be managed fully online through the Bob.Ai platform.
For HCV clients and landlords who have an RFTA in process with us, we will transcribe the paperwork into the Bob.Ai system and both parties will begin receiving communications from Bob.Ai going forward.
WHAT DHA FUNCTIONS ARE MANAGED THROUGH BOB.AI?
• Renters can find a rental unit
• Landlords can publish vacancies
• e-Sign the RFTA packet
• Manage inspections
• Connect with the HCV Team for support via the chat tool
When you access the tools available on Bob.Ai, you are asked for a relationship code. This code functions like a credit card PIN code and connects your information to DHA and the Housing Choice Voucher program. To secure a relationship code, simply enter the email address we have on file for you at DHA and set up a password. A relationship code will be emailed to you from BoodsKapper. You’ll want to store this information in a safe, easy-to-reference location! If you don’t receive your code via email, don’t forget to check your junk email box — sometimes the emails with the codes sneak in there!
