A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas, will take place in The Dale V. Kesler Board Room at 3939 North Hampton Road, Dallas, Texas 75212 at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, September 9, 2019.

The Commissioners may conduct a closed meeting pursuant to §551.071 of the Texas Government Code to seek the advice of its attorneys about a pending or contemplated litigation or about a settlement offer; or to consult with its attorney on a matter in which the duty of its attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules or Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act and/or pursuant to §551.072 of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the Authority in negotiations with a third person and/or pursuant to §551.074of the Texas Government Code to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or charge against any officer or employee, unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests a public hearing.

  3. Public Hearing regarding the DHA’s 2020 -2024 Five-Year PHA Plan, 2020 Annual PHA Plan, 2020 Capital Fund Program Plan, and 2020 – 2024 Five-Year Capital Fund Action Plan.
  4. Approval of the August 12, 2019 Business Review Meeting Minutes and the August 12, 2019 Regular Meeting Minutes.

  1. Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution to Adopt Amendments to the DHA Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan. #5007
  2. Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the President and CEO to Submit a Request to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for an Amendment to the Previous Disposition Approval of the Pebbles Apartments Public Housing Development, a Portion of AMP TX009000015.  #5008
  3. Discussion and Consideration of a Resolution DHA Board of Commissioners’ Acknowledgement of Dallas Housing Corporation’s (DHC) Consideration of Disposing of Estelle Village, Forest Green Manor Apartments, Lakeland Manor Apartments and All other necessary Actions Related Thereto.  #5009
  4. Recognition of Individuals Wishing to Address the Board.

 

Pursuant to § 30.06, Penal Code, (trespass by holder license holder with a concealed handgun), a person licensed under Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code (handgun licensing law), may not attend this meeting with a concealed handgun.”
